In terms of Article 251, again, if you resolve otherwise, the matter will end there. Therefore, I direct that, that Motion on the report be also placed on the Order Paper for debate by this House on Wednesday, 6th November at 2.30 p.m. This is because the requirement is that you must resolve one way or the other within ten days from the day that the report is tabled."
