Linturi is not around and the Committee cannot tell us the position, I would seek your guidance if we can override that petition under Article 251 of the Constitution and ask the President to form a tribunal to look into the competence of this Commission. We have to act. We cannot sit as the National Assembly, yet all the county assemblies have stalled because of just one Commission, which cannot deliver."
