Chairlady, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 2 be amended in paragraph (c)— (a) by deleting the definition of the term “Cabinet Secretary” and substituting therefor the following new definition— “Cabinet Secretary” means the Cabinet Secretary for the time being responsible for information, communication and technology”; (b) by inserting the following new definition in its proper alphabetical sequence— “Media Council” means the Media Council of Kenya established under the Media Council Act."
