I have listened to the Prime Minister, who has made it very clear that those involved must face the full force of the law. We are aware that immediately this report was released, the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) started a public relations exercise. What type of commitment is there in the Government to ensure that those involved are actually arrested, so that they can face the full force of the law? Secondly, what specific action is the Government taking to ensure that the Kshs4.2 billion is recovered? What action is the Government taking to ensure that top officers in the Ministry are stopped from frustrating investigations into this crime? Hon.
