Member is concerned about the Kshs4.2 billion being a lot of money, it is clear that there are many programmes which have already collapsed or will collapse because of the embezzlement of these funds. In the meantime, what steps is the Government taking to allocate money to these programmes, so that they do not collapse as investigations proceed?"
