It will be remembered that when this issue of fiddling with public funds first erupted within this Ministry, the Right hon. Prime Minister did take some decisive action of suspending the Minister responsible for this Ministry. As it will be remembered, that decision never saw the light of day. What assurance will the hon. Prime Minister give this House and the country that should any decisive action be taken this time, other considerations, other than the public interest, will not come into play?"
