I am asking for your indulgence, through Standing Order No.1. Is this amendment not a clever way of going round the ruling that I am waiting from you? This is because the purpose of this amendment is to pre-empt the ruling by the court. Do we, first, get a ruling on the concern I raised yesterday and then proceed with the amendment or do we proceed with the amendment and then wait for your ruling?"
