The amendment says that if the Court of Appeal rules one way, we will follow a certain route; and that if it decides the other way, we will follow another route. This means he is not aware of what is going to happen in the Court of Appeal. So, it is not in the interest of this House to debate the amendment. I think it is out of order for us to do so."
