"content": "Thank you, hon. Speaker. I appreciate the sentiments of hon. Members. First of all, in our criminal jurisprudence, criminal responsibility is individual. It is not communal. It is individual. To that extent, when you are a public servant or a State officer, you carry that individual responsibility on any transaction that you undertake. Speaker, Sir, I want to read the recommendations of none other than the Office of the Auditor-General. I want this to inform those who are proposing these amendments. This Report is already with the EACC. These are the findings---"
