    "content": " Before we move to the next Order, I would like to acknowledge the presence of some visitors, who are visiting us today. Allow me, hon. Senators, to introduce to you a delegation of Members of Mombasa County Assembly who are seated to my right. The delegation is led by hon. Jimmy Ondari – Chairperson, Justice and Legal Committee. As I introduce the rest, I request that a Member of the Assembly called should stand up and be acknowledged in the normal tradition of the Senate. The following are members of the delegation:- Hon.
