We need to deal with what we have first. We have a lot of potential for solar energy. Do we have any solar generating plant? Have we harnessed solar energy in Turkana County and other parts of North Eastern Kenya so that we can feed this to the national grid? I do not know if Sen. Murungi can tell us whether there is any private investor that has generated solar power and fed it to the national grid. I do not know if we have taken that direction yet in the USA, they do it."
