The matter in respect of which the petition is made is not pending before any court of law or constitutional legal body. Therefore, your humble petitioner prays that the Senate:- (i) Urges the Government to settle the contractor’s dues in order to enable him complete the repair works; (ii) Urges the Government to allocate adequate funds for maintenance of the road.
