Members, as you are aware, the Chair ruled on 7th June, 2011 on the procedure to be followed in the tabling of Estimates of the National Government, the Judiciary and Parliamentary Service Commission in the House, and subsequently the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance, and the Minister for Justice, National Cohesion and Constitutional Affairs laid in the House the Estimates of Expenditure and Revenue for the Fiscal Year 2011/2012 for the National Government and the Judiciary. Hon. Members may wish to note that the Estimates for Parliament were tabled in the House on 28th April, 2011 by the Vice-Chair of the Parliamentary Service Commission."
