I will really seek your indulgence on this issue, because the last time this matter came to the Floor of the House, you gave directives that this Committee should visit the site and see for themselves what is happening on the ground, but that did not happen. In the absence of that happening, that is why my good friend, the Chairperson of this Committee, can read a Statement he has been given while the situation on the ground is different; because I have been there. What is being read is not what is on the ground."
