    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. What hon. Billow has said, that there have been two other attacks, is quite unfortunate. However, with the increase in the number of police officers and the 7,000 police officers who are undergoing training, once the training is over, there will be nothing to stop us from posting them there. With regard to the issue of homeguards, I know that many of these have been trained, not only in Mandera but also in Wajir and Garissa. However, up to now, they have not been armed. I will pursue this matter with the Minister and see how it can be fast- tracked."
