If we are not careful, insecurity will bring down our counties and we are supposed to protect them. I want to acknowledge the answer that has been given; that we should be patient. However, it is sad that as we continue to be patient, lives continue to be lost. So, let us have less talk, but more action so as to secure the lives of Kenyans."
