    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, if you will allow me, in my Statement, I said that around 70 contracts across the whole country have stalled because no money has been factored into the Budget in this financial year. Since those roads had not been handed over to the contractors, the usual money that the Government puts in for maintenance had been left as a responsibility of the contractors. So, most of the roads are not motorable. I gave examples of several roads, including the one in my county called Sigalagala-Malinya-Musoli-Bukura-Sabatia-Butere-Sidindi Road."
