    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker. I think we may be missing the point. It is the Leader of Government Business and the Whips, who may not be doing their jobs. However, we should not pit one Member against the other. It has nothing to do with the two Members. It is the right of each Member of Parliament especially the Backbenchers, to at least belong to one Committee and, therefore, the Member for Kirinyaga Central is entitled to belong to a Committee. We should be asking the Leader of Government Business and the Chief Whip to ensure that, that happens. But, in the meantime, it should not be held against the Member for Ikolomani. The matter before the House should be passed. It is not about that Member. It is about failure by the Office of the Leader of Government Business and the Chief Whip."
