All I said was that there were block arrivals of funds; one from M-Pesa, another from the National Assembly, another from the Senate and another one from the State through the President. I am saying that he should give us an account of the receipt and an account of the expenditures. Surely, he cannot get away with this when he has only accounted for Kshs10 million. He cannot. Those are public funds."
