    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to thank the Chairperson for bringing a detailed and more comprehensive statement regarding this terrible attack that took place in Apuke. But I have some few issues that he needs to clarify arising from his Statement. He says that ten animals were recovered. He needs to tell us where those animals are because such a number does not exist; no single cow has been returned. Secondly, he also needs to clarify where he says that the animals were later taken to Uganda; where they were sold thus making the recovery difficult. How did the Government know that the animals had been sold yet there has never been any attempt to communicate with the Uganda Government?
