    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, for giving me this opportunity. I rise to support this Motion. First, I believe this is a critical stage and the best foundation that our young ones would require. It is important as a country to invest in these young ones when they start going to school. In some of the areas, you will see that the schools are actually being built by parents. Sometimes you will find that such schools are left to the parents to manage them, especially in the rural areas. Of course, the parents who have done the fundraising and constructed these schools do not have the capacity. Therefore, I would request the Government to take over such schools so that we can have proper management and, also proper care of the schools by the Government.
