"content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I am very sorry. This is the only time that I have made that mistake. I am not sure whether this is because of the testosterone that is flowing through my brain this morning. However, I want to plead with colleagues that this is a practical thing. When you borrow money, you do so knowing that you will break even and repay it. Some people may say that this Senate is being unrealistic by lowering the rates from 10 per cent to 3 per cent.
