    "content": "I have been wondering why the Ministry of Agriculture imports fertilizer. I have been wondering why the National Cereals and Produce Board (NCPB) imports fertilizer. The Kenya National Trading Corporation went down but I want to inform my brother that in the last Cabinet, we were informed that it has now come back to life, that it has cleaned its balance sheet and it is now a strong company. Let us go back to giving the National Trading Corporation its job of importing bulk things that we need for this country, whether it is fertilizer or sugar, so that we remove these brokers who are destroying our country."
