    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, in the discussions that were held in the House Business Committee and, in consultation with the hon. Members, it is obviously clear that hon. Members would like to take a break and that matter will come tomorrow because I did indicate that in my Statement last week. It would be desirous if we could complete Order No.12 so that we probably get into the Committee tomorrow and go home having passed these major constitutional landmark Bills. That will mean that when we are away on recess, we can have these offices or the process of filling these offices take place. However, we need the legal framework and I believe that, that is why we need to finish this matter as fast as we can."
