    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir. I would appreciate if the hon. Senator would clarify on the issues of sustainability of this fund with regards to two areas. One, in terms of the fund itself, does the Government intend to inject a similar amount every year, or is he simply relying on the devolving aspect that people will repay? Secondly, again in terms of sustainability now on the beneficiaries, the amount between Kshs50,000 to Kshs500,000 would mean an average of about maybe Kshs100,000. Most people would, probably, make Kshs100,000 or Kshs200,000. Would that really make a difference in terms of what the people want to do with their money?"
