    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I would like to seek two clarifications. One, how will the Uwezo Fund dovetail with the Women Enterprise Fund and the Youth Enterprise Fund? Are we likely to see a situation where the Uwezo Fund is taking up resources that may have otherwise gone to the two previous funds? Secondly, how does the Ministry intend to carry out capacity building for the young people in this country? Many of them are asking what is happening with regard to the Uwezo Fund and who has been given the tenders to distribute it to all the regions in this country."
