    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise to continue seconding this Bill by Sen. Khalwale. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I second this Bill with a clear conscience that it is well intended. This Bill has sought to do three most important things which, since the promulgation of our new Constitution, have been requiring to be set clear. The first one and most important is setting out of the order of precedence. This Bill seeks to set out that order very clearly. The order has been set in the Bill, but I would also want to request Sen."
