When we talk about CSR, this is pegged on a percentage of earnings especially in civilised nations. You could be operating a plant of USD100 million, which may sound like a lot of money, when in corporate terms, this is nothing. I want to ask a question regarding some of the things we are saying here. We cannot say that Nyeri County needs to control who Barclays Bank is employing in Nyeri County and to audit; that is what Sen. Munyes has proposed. We cannot go, as leaders, to micromanage organizations. We can only deal with them in terms of policy and concepts that we have agreed upon. However, we cannot tell them who they will employ where."
