    "content": "In terms of agriculture, we have a rich country, but unfortunately, many of us are not able to use land we have because we do not know what type of soil is in our farms. Every time we want to do anything, we have to go through a very long process, like going to the test laboratories in the Ministry of Agriculture and so on. That information could have been stored in a system a long time ago in such a way that one would only be required to access the website to know, say, what type of crops to grow. Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, with regard to planning, now that there are demolitions going on in Syokimau and in other parts of the country, if the information on land use was stored in a central data facility, then you would know, when applying for a title deed, what type of use the land has been planned for."
