    "content": "Thank you, hon. Deputy Speaker. The girl actually gave birth, as was said by the Member here, on 10th June, 2013. The exams are done in November – four months after. I want to agree with the other Members that the DEO in that particular area and even the principal who actually took the decision that the girl should not do the exam are in breach of Article No.53(2) of the Constitution which says: “A child’s best interests are of paramount importance in every matter concerning the child.”"
