Deputy Speaker, I want to emphasise the words “every matter” including this one where they are under responsibility to make a decision whether this girl should do the exam or not. Was this girl punished for giving birth? I think this is a very serious issue and I want to suggest that the Committee should be able to recommend action to be taken on the parties who made the decision, whether it is the principal or the DEO. It is critical and this then shall be an example to the rest of the country."
