    "content": "Also in the same school, two boys, one orphaned were barred from doing the examination because they had not cleared school fees. As much as I know that during examination, the contract is between the Kenya National Examinations Council and the students, I do not understand why in the case of Tigania East, a supervisor of an examination could determine who was in class and who was not because the work of a supervisor as stated by the Chair was only to come and present the examination and supervise so that it is done well.
