    "content": "Finally, is the talk of demonstration a scheme by the Government to create a picture of possible instability in this country to justify the request by the so-called African Union to have the cases that affect the three Kenyans at The Hague withdrawn? I do not see that kind of threat. It is only coming from hon. Kanini Kega and hon. Waititu, who are not in the security system. Could they tell us the source of their information or are they being used to create an environment for us to go and justify our case before the UN Security Council?"
