    "content": "Thank you, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I agree that this is a Procedural Motion and I want to support it, but just with two quick comments. We need to support this Motion because we have very limited time between now and the December break; it is coming on 4th December, 2013 and we have quite a bit before us. I want to just urge the Leader of Majority Party and the House Business Committee that even as they prioritize Bills, they should fast-track the VAT (Amendment) Bill, which I am sponsoring and has gone for printing, so that we may pass it before we break for Christmas. If we do not pass it, it will outlive its usefulness. I would request that, that be considered. With those few remarks, I support."
