As we are discussing this issue of insecurity of which I am a victim and my constituency has also been a victim - it is not a regional issue; it is a national issue - the substantive Speaker, the substantive Deputy Speaker, the Chair of the Departmental Committee on Administration and National Security and the Leader of Majority Party are not in the House. Would I actually be in order to ask for adjournment so that we discuss this issue while they are in the House?"
