Many people have not even heard about a bullet in Tinderet Constituency, but it is now the order of the day. We have reported this to the Government and every police officer in the county has been informed. But most of them take it casually. Sometimes, people will report a case but because Tinderet Constituency has no Police Land Rover, the police will say that they have no vehicle and ask what they should do."
