    "content": "I just want to flag one or two issues, which I think were important. One, there are universal standards that have been set in this Constitution. They apply to all of us and we should not at any time when we are confronted with any issue, use other values as the principles outside the Constitution. I plead with you, because if somebody who comes from my home area or community is being interrogated on the basis of the principles which are in the Constitution, I should not hide behind any other principle or value that is not contained in the Constitution; otherwise, we are going to get it wrong. We went wrong in 1963 because when we were faced with any constitutional issue, other considerations were brought in, and they undermined the constitutional authority of the land as it was at that time."
