    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, we delete the full stop at the end of the Motion and insert the following words therefor: “subject to the deletion of paragraph 3 on page 4 and (iv) on page 30 of this report”. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the meaning of this is that we have just seen an incident in this House. We were all taken aback by blanket condemnation and statements that did not have any basis. I want first of all to take this opportunity to thank the Committee of this House for doing a good job."
