    "content": "the proposed amendments seek to alter these functions, like increase the control of the execution in relation to the service. To me, that does not sound quite right. It also talks about transfers, promotions and so on. The functions are being removed from the commission and taken to the Inspector General. I think that is also not right. Let the commission do its work. If we give the Inspector General all that, we are creating a monster in the name of Inspector General. So, I think we should support the amendment but we must give it a lot of thought, if we have to take care of security in our country. Thank you."
