    "content": "So, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I oppose this amendment basically because it is totally against what is in the Constitution. I appreciate what has been said that when we come to the Third Reading, we will look at parts that are against the Constitution and either delete them or assume that they are not there. However, I think the whole essence of the amendments is to actually reduce the powers of the Commission."
