    "content": "When are we going to have an NPS that is independent of political machinations? When are we going to have an NPS that does not work in accordance with the whims of politicians or the Executive? The intention of creating the NPSC is to ensure that the NPS is protected from interested parties who have political and commercial interests. We will be doing a de-service to this country if we allow the demotion of NPSC and put all the powers in the hands of the Cabinet Secretary and the Inspector-General. If there is a good law that was passed by the Tenth Parliament, it is the law that created NPSC."
