    "content": "I participated in the appointment of my friend Kimaiyo, but he has been doing those transfers. He has been doing these things--- This is the law of the land. He did not even wait for the shenanigans of this Committee and a few people to give him those powers. He has arrogated himself powers. He does not have those powers. This is the law. By the way, it is also defined here; penalties to people who breach the Constitution. We have chosen to move forward as a country.
