In fact, he is saying that he has been breaking the Constitution. I would want him to give us any one incident in which the Inspector-General has broken the law. We cannot come to the House and spoil the names of the people who cannot be here to defend themselves. I request you to order him to give us any substantiation on one of the incidents."
