"content": "Well, I think once the report is ready and is tabled, an appropriate decision will be taken as to whether those that were lucky to be in the delegation and those others who have been in other delegations, and I can only remember, at least, in the current Parliament hon. Midiwo Washington--- He has been to a number of those jurisdictions that have these processes. I think we should have some workshop so that we all discuss and agree. We want to do it for the betterment of our country. So, hon. Metito and hon. Kajwang, we want to get that report quickly so that we can look at it and make a decision as to when it is that we can have a workshop to discuss on the best way forward as we try to implement this new governance system.
