    "content": "Hon. Speaker, Sir, the Government is alive to the incident that happened this week. I think this is not only for the Marsabit County Government, but is for all county governments in our country. The principles and objects of a devolved government are about giving powers of self governance to the people. It is also about recognizing the rights of communities to manage their own affairs. It is about protecting and promoting the interest and rights of the minorities and marginalized groups. I am sure that our governors and county assembly leadership will protect that.
