    "content": "Hon. Members, you know there is no Motion. I can see almost everybody, including the Chair of the Committee on Finance, Planning and Trade, are on their feet. I am sure it is because the Budget process was mentioned. Hon. Langat, I will give you a chance. Let us also be clear that even in our new governance structure Members, you did not do away with the omnibus process of making laws and amending others. Therefore, the root of the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill has not been done away with. It is only that, as a House or a Legislature, really, we need to begin questioning our place given the new architecture of Government."
