    "content": "Thank you very much, hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker. I also wish to add my voice to the debate that is going on, on the Media Council Bill. I agree with hon. Members who have said that we must guard the freedom of the Press or the media jealously. We mustalso ensure that in so doing responsibilities, duties and rights are apportioned as the law may require. When I was watching news yesterday night – I do not intend to quote – I heard someone say that the Media Council Bill is draconian, and that this Assembly is just about a draconian Media Council Bill."
