    "content": "If you look at Clause 6, you will see that it has very many other roles. I do not think that the roles as proposed are congruent with the role of the Media Council again in settling disputes. Again, I will be bringing amendments to that effect to ensure that the body established within this Bill that is supposed to settle disputes does so without interference from the Media Council."
