    "content": "I think we also need to define what the “media” is because we do not have that in this Bill. Let us be told what media is. Clause 2 says that “media” means the production of electronic and print media for circulation to the public but does not include book publishing. But we have broadcast media and social media, and I am happy my colleague, hon. (Eng.) Gumbo talked about it – the blogosphere. Who will regulate them if we leave them outside the definition of “media”? Will we have another body that will look at the broadcast media?"
