    "content": "The media is a very important component of our governance structure. Indeed, it is called the Fourth Estate. The media helps us communicate with the people who elect us and the people we serve in the positions that we hold. It helps the Government to communicate to the people. All the decisions that we make in this House are communicated to members of the public through the media. In a way, the media and leadership and governance must work together for governance to be effective."
